Measureworx played a key role for the Contractor by providing a comprehensive bill of quantities for the £25m Leighton-Linslade Leisure Centre. Our precise approach enabled accurate cost estimates and optimised resource allocation, contributing significantly to the contractors successful tender for this community facility.

About the project
The sixteen-storey residential development towers above the cityscape, a testament to modern living. Each floor features expansive apartments, filled with natural light and adorned with contemporary designs. From the ground floor lobby to the rooftop terrace, residents enjoy a host of amenities fostering community and comfort.

Our role
Measureworx produced a formal cost plan for the developer, based on RIBA Stage 3 information. This accurate and timely document enabled the developer to validate their budget, paving the way for a confident town planning submission and progression of the scheme.
